So I have my exit interview the Wednesday before I’m meant to leave. I’m contemplating that day being my last day in the office, never to return. 2 annual leave days will see me out. And it’ll give me extra time to relax before starting the new job.
@matigo I absolutely agree with this. No longer will I be spending longer hours and weekends worried about what’s about to hit me next.
I can leave work behind and spend my commute doing fun things again.
This time last week I felt relieved when I make the call to tender my resignation.
This week, I’m even more relieved now I’ve signed the contract for the new day job.
Now I can start to count down the days until I finish.
So while I’m not as addicted to coffee as @matigo is, learning all about my coffee machine and what I can do with it has been fun so far.
I’ve only tried 3 pods out of the 14 included in the trial pack that came with the machine. All on the lower intensity scale and all have been nice so far.
@phoneboy I guess when it’s all said and done, it’ll be a new chapter for you too, clean slate. I do hope the financial side works out in your favour.
@matigo you haven’t had foamy coffee? It’s the best! If you use the whisk attachment it produces more foam but if not it only does a little bit.
Tested out my Aeroccino 3 for the first time today. Made my coffee awesomely foamy.
