@matigo I did have a pretty good weekend actually. I went for lunch with Alex on Saturday and had a chill day on Sunday.

@matigo Yep. Exactly 4 weeks as indicated in my notice period. My last day is March 18 and I start my new job the following Monday.

I’m seriously glad it’s weekend, especially after the last couple of days. It’s been quite hectic for different reasons.
There is some news I need to share. I’ve accepted the job offer that’s been put before me. Finally I get the job security and financial stability I’ve been looking for. 10 years and it’s finally at my grasp.
I have to give 4 weeks notice and my plan is to resign on Monday. I start my new job on 21 March.
@peemee sounds like a fantastic plan. Saving on costs is a huge step but there’s also that social interaction that everyone misses. Well done Pete 😁
