@matigo Will do! Thanks again

@33mhz You’re right… applying for jobs is a full time job in itself. And quite stressful at times. Trouble is I get attached to certain jobs I think are perfect for me and get disappointed when I don’t get them. It’s a vicious cycle.
@sumudu Cheers to that. I’m watching The Bachelorette while drinking apple cider. I had pepperoni pizza for dinner (homemade of course) and I may indulge in some chocolate later.
@matigo we could all benefit from this … I’m only just getting used to footnotes haha

Weekend’s here … woohoo! Time for pizza, apple cider and some trashy tv… or some anime … or some YouTube … or some gaming! Too many choices …
@sumudu Yeah, that’s the hardest part. When I was getting physio on my knee I would always feel it 10 times worse the next day too. Even my workmates at the time would know when I’d been cause I would be moving like a tortoise.
@hazardwarning OMG that sounds so much like me too! Maybe I should look at some kind of CBT course online too. Back in 2013 I was seeing a psychologist on a semi regular basis. She recommended I read a book called The Happiness Trap. I should find that book. I’ve spent the last couple of months looking inside myself and understanding why I react to things the way I do. It’s been a hard process so far but I’m glad I have you guys as my support network.
