OMG that sounds so much like me too! Maybe I should look at some kind of CBT course online too. Back in 2013 I was seeing a psychologist on a semi regular basis. She recommended I read a book called The Happiness Trap. I should find that book. I’ve spent the last couple of months looking inside myself and understanding why I react to things the way I do. It’s been a hard process so far but I’m glad I have you guys as my support network.
