@matigo Thanks mate :)

@variablepulserate Ha! That's the way I would say it too. Just to put an Aussie spin on it.
@variablepulserate Ahh … I would normally put more emphasis on the re but I guess there's different ways to look at it.
I received an email from a recruitment advisor at QR via LinkedIn1. They're looking for a Banking Services Coordinator and thought I would be interested. There are a few things I like about the role so far. It's still working in finance, which is probably where a lot of my experience lies and where I ultimately want to be, it's a permanent full time role, so there's a secure job and I'd be earning probably close to double what I do now.
A profile I haven't updated in probably two years!
@matigo I will generally go in a cycle of 'what if' scenarios in my head and create situations that aren't realistic. It becomes even harder when you can't talk it out with people to make it easier to find some sort of closure. That being said I'm glad I'm back here semi full time. I missed being here.

@matigo Thing is though, the request for me to take action came through just as I was about to go home yesterday, which is why I dealt with it first thing this morning, thinking it wouldn't take that long to set up and I'd have the job done by lunch time. But all day, seriously?
@matigo Either way it’s very unhelpful and very hard to deal with. It’s possibly one of the worst things you could say to someone with an anxiety disorder, or any mental illness for that matter. Of course I can’t just ‘get over it’. It might take a bit longer to deal with situations that happen but it takes a lot of time spent overthinking.

@matigo Nah. Just day job stuff. I requested something to be completed urgently this morning and it got done not long before I went home …
