@hybotics ‘if you get evicted’… I thought that’s if you were evicted with amicable means, like the end of a lease. I’ll be the first to admit I don’t know much about this stuff but I wonder if you’ve tried going to some kind of tribunal to prove the wrongful eviction and if you were to win that it would be scrapped from the record and ultimately make things easier. If you need me to do any kind of research I‘d be happy to help. There could possibly be more chances to find housing that is pet friendly.
@matigo or running as many people as you can over as I can in GTAV. I can’t remember the last Gran Turismo game I had. I’m trying to plan drinks with mates this Friday night and then lunch with the family on the Saturday.
@hybotics I’ve got a fair few. There’s more of a variety out there now than what there used to be. I prefer the apps rather than the hard cover adult colouring books you can get. I’m left handed and colouring with textas and such causes a fair bit of smudging. Plus there’s the diamond painting I do too that provides some stress and anxiety relief.
// @matigo
@matigo leftover Chinese food from my uncle’s birthday dinner last night and apple cider to drown my sorrows. Figuratively speaking of course. Now to think about what I’ll do for my birthday …
@matigo I would normally turn to the many paint by numbers apps I have on my iPad to help me clear my mind. I can’t doodle to save my life.
@hybotics You said you were worried about the wrongful eviction from a few years ago. Is there anywhere you can go, like a tenant’s union or somewhere like that who can give you advice on how to move forward from that and what the chances are of getting into a new place?
I’m not sure how long the housing authorities have to keep those kind of records before they are destroyed. It may be that it won’t affect anything but it’s probably worth finding that out too.
Tonight I don’t know how to feel. There’s so much I want to say but I can’t put it into words. It’s annoying me that I’m like this.
