@tomas yeah, but this week will see the end of an era. It's just really hard to see him go out like this, senior management have made things very difficult for him in the later stages, and while I understand his need to vent, it's very hard for me to hear that and treat it like water off a ducks back. That being said, we will miss his knowledge and quick wit.

@schmidt_fu I guess the good thing about doing this whole exercise is finding out most of the team is like me. My team leader is an extravert so it'll be interesting for her to learn how introverts interact.

@hazardwarning Oh goodness! Seems us 4 are quite alike in a lot of ways. I'm completely ok with doing 1:1 training but when it comes to training in a group situation I definitely struggle. Also, I used to play piano too when I was younger. Not professionally or anything like that though, just a fun thing to do.

@indigo Yuck! It's definitely the whole "all eyes on you" thing that freaks me out the most. If I can ever get past that, I'm good.

@schmidt_fu yeah, I'm with you there. I hate being the centre of attention. Public speaking just isn't my thing - I even struggle sometimes with talking in team meetings cause it feels like people are staring into your soul or something. Probably a bit drastic I know but you get the basics.
