I officially hate audit season …
@indigo Many things … So far I've figured out how to control my Spotify playlist, track my fitness with the Activity app and unlock my Mac when I'm close by. So much more to explore …
// @matigo
@matigo yep, seriously nerding out right now. it's just a pity that no-one else in my family is as gadget-savvy as me. I need to fully explore my own watch so I can teach my mum …
Seriously happy right now … I've set up my mum's Apple Watch, now it's time to set mine up.
@matigo Game Center keeps tabs on high scores and things like that but I didn't think it had anything to do with the app data itself … this requires more research I think.
So, on further inspection of my iPad, it looks like the scratches are not heavy, they are only noticeable on certain angles and it doesn't affect basic swiping actions, which is a good thing. My only concern is the Apple Store recommend backing up my iPad - that's fine but when I restore it I'm afraid of losing my progress with a few of my favourite games.
@matigo Nope, nothing like that. The FitBit was a little out of my budget to buy outright so I settled for this one instead. Now that I'm getting my Apple Watch though I can put this one out of commission, by selling it to a friend.
I'm such a nerd, I'm researching all the sweet apps I can put on there, and I don't even have it yet!
@matigo ah yes … this is what I like to call my fakebit:

It's basically a smart bracelet that tracks steps, heart rate, calories burned etc.
A cheap version of the FitBit.
Ahoy everybody … that's another Monday done. It was a day full of distractions but I hope tomorrow will be a better day. I did however manage to scratch my iPad screen this morning on the train, so I don't know how much it will cost to get fixed. I have an appointment with the Apple Store in the city on Friday morning to assess the damage. I believe it is only a surface scratch but still enough to annoy me.
On the up side, I am getting my Apple Watch tomorrow (so excited!) and I also managed to sell my fakebit in the process.
