As an Aussie I can appreciate this. There have been many times where I’ve just had to shut down completely and come back to work later in the afternoon, sometimes in the evening just to get stuff done.

Yeah, that happens sometimes for me too. That seems to be the quick fix for it.

Working from home definitely has its advantages, in terms of diet. I’m not as tempted by fast food, and having more healthy snacks. I lost a kilo last week just by making subtle changes. Not much exercise was had though. I finish my contract in a couple of weeks, that’ll give me more time to focus on getting healthy.

I feel another graveyard shift coming on tonight. I don’t seem to be getting as much done during the day as I’d like. Might have to fill my day with remedial stuff and concentrate on some of the important stuff at night.

I had a win with my headphones today. For the last few days they’ve decided to automatically switch on, wanting to pair with one of my devices, despite me switching them off. After searching on YouTube I found a way to do a hard reset but before jumping straight in, I decided to contact JBL support. They told me exactly what the YouTube video suggested. It took a few times to break the cycle but I managed to fix it in the end. I’m quite happy with the result.

True. I need to get into a habit of going walking in my lunch break. Might cure the cabin fever but it’ll be good to lose some kgs too. I’m impressed at your hard work and dedication.

It’s sad when the only thing to look forward to in the day is getting a flu shot.

Found out yesterday The Last of Us Part II is delayed indefinitely. Sad times. On the up side I’m looking forward to 6 Mario games coming to the Switch this year. Most of them are remakes but also some of my favourites.

I don’t get paid OT but I can use the time to finish earlier.
