Not quite, didn’t realise it’d turned into LinkedIn Learning though. It’s a course from Udemy. I’ve got a fair few courses wishlisted on there now.

Well, I've officially started one of the short courses I bought. It's all about web development, something I've wanted to get into as a side project for a very long time. It's nice to be able to sit and work on one of my goals.

At the moment, apart from finding short courses to do, help with homeschooling my niece and domestic chores around the house, not a lot. The job market is quite slow at the moment, I don't see any point in actively looking.

I’d lost count at how many weeks I was working from home. My last day was this Friday just gone. Now a lady of leisure as they say.

For the first time this Easter weekend I can finally focus on a screen for longer than half an hour at a time. This feels nice.

Also, belated Happy Easter folks.

We just found out Term 2 will be online learning until at least May 15.

yep, especially when I have to fudge my timesheet every time I do any extra hours over the 38 I’m meant to do.

We are only allowed out for four major reasons:

  1. Work/study if you can’t work from home
  2. Exercise, with social distancing, no more than 2 people and for half an hour only.
  3. Getting essential groceries
  4. Seeking medical advice or going out on compassionate grounds.

Having work to distract me from all of this has been nice but pretty soon that will dry up too.

Not too bad. Next week will be my last week of it though. How’s working from home for you?

It’s a lot nicer when it becomes part of your daily routine. Last night I downloaded a demo of a fitness boxing game for the Switch. Tried it out last night and I quite like it.
