@hybotics Thanks Dale! That's exactly what everyone keeps saying! I guess I'll believe it if/when I get the call to say the job's mine. This is where my self doubt kicks in. I've heard there's going to be a mighty uproar from certain people if I don't get this job.
@joeo10 Thanks my friend! It's just a nervous waiting game now, which I can't wait to be over to be honest. I know I've done the best I possibly could and now it's just the other checks I have to get through now.
Relaxing in front of the TV, had an apple cider before and just finished a tiny bowl of mango ice cream. Might even fit in a bit of Zelda before the night is out. Nice way to finish the week.
@sumudu Oh nice! I thought I read an earlier post about that, I hope you had a nice break ? I bet it will be hard to go back to work. I've just finished a month's worth of 4-day weeks, it's going to be mighty hard to go back to a full week next week!
Just took a quick break to come by and say thanks to everyone that wished me luck with my interview today. This process has been a very hard and stressful one but I've done all I can now. There is only referee and criminal history checks to do - that will determine whether I get my job or not. I have a nervous 2 week wait ahead of me.
@kdfrawg Yeah, I know. It's just process at the end of the day, I just hope they do the right thing. If not, I don't plan on staying.
So I have my interview tomorrow and it's fair to say the nerves are still lingering. I'm as prepared as I can be but I just want to get it over and done with now. Ugh!
