Not long after I moved into the house I’m in now I ordered pizza online and didn’t realise until after the order went through I hadn’t changed the address and the order was delivered to the old house. Luckily the old house was still vacant and we made it there in time to pick up the order. I haven’t lived that down since.

Me too! That was earlier though and it’s now 12.36am. Yep, looks like I won’t be going to sleep for a little while.

I must say Link does look pretty sweet in that Gerudo outfit.

Believe it or not, after I wrote that the traffic started to smooth out a little and the rest of the trip wasn’t as bad so there’s that.

Not intentionally. There are two major roads that will lead me home but it depends on their GPS too. It’s always roughly $60 to get from the city home at that time of night no matter which way I go. Uber is probably half that but there’s just something about it I don’t like.

So I’m on my way home after meeting up with some friends and the cab driver is taking me the horrible route home (the one that is mostly backed up immensely in peak hour traffic). Yep, this 24km ride home is going to be fun … I don’t know what would’ve taken me longer - this or the train.

just the short words at the moment, like yeah, hi, dada, ta … it will progress soon enough I suppose. He’s fully crawling now too, once he’s on the move there’s no stopping him. I guess the barricade will go around the stairs again very very soon.

Sometimes angry rants are a good way to get it all out of your system though. I have to say today is the first day in a few weeks I haven’t feel like crawling into a ball with a tub of ice cream or a box of chocolates.

So this morning I was talking to my mum (who looks after my 10 month old nephew) to organise going over to my sister’s to ‘get out of the house’ and sort out study options. I answered the phone and on the other end I heard my nephew scream ‘Hi!’. It was the cutest thing I’d heard.

TIL - Sodium lauryl sulfate, otherwise known as SLS is actually really bad for you. You can find it in all sorts of shampoos, conditioners and toothpastes. It’s basically used as a foaming agent but can cause skin irritation and hair loss.

As one that has thinning hair and a thyroid disorder where one of the symptoms is hair loss, I’m always looking for ways to make sure I can maintain my hair health the best way I can.

It’s amazing what you can learn from YouTube, let alone from your favourite let’s play channel.
