This will be the third night I attempt to do work for the day job that's going to put me in a good position for when I arrive there tomorrow. So far I've either been too tired, getting acquainted with Cappucino (not a bad thing!) or watching YouTube as I drift to sleep. I'm determined to get stuff done tonight.

I agree, but it's all about mindset at the end of the day. As I've learned over time, if you're not in the right headspace, nothing you do to try and fix things will be effective.

I must admit, I have tried therapy but I don't think it worked as effectively as I thought it would. Nothing to do with the psychologist, she was awesome but I didn't take it seriously enough.

that's true. There have been times where I've considered therapy for various reasons but then I either back out or things seem to fix themselves.
