@kdfrawg I hope so too! I can't really blame her for wanting to know how everything works. It's not that I have an issue with that necessarily, it's that while I'm with her, it's taking away from the work I have to do. I think time management is key here, sometimes I'm ok with that but other times I struggle.

@kdfrawg I agree. It's what I like to call BBSW - bureaucratic bullshit workplaces. I've had my fair share of that over the 3.5 years I've been at BCC.

@kdfrawg I've had two massive productive days this week and even managed to get away at a respectable hour today. That being said I can have a 90 minute lunch break and still be able to leave early tomorrow. Good feeling for a Friday, that's for sure.
@kdfrawg true… but when you "watch" videos that you can also just listen and have in the background, like most of the stuff I watch, it's easy to focus on the pieces.

@hybotics I didn't have the room for a loooong time but when we moved into the bigger house and my uncle and cousin moved in with us there was enough room for an extra table for this kind of purpose. At the moment I have the board set up so it's tilted at the end of my bed.

@kdfrawg I know right! Didn't even get that far, I fell asleep really quick (something that doesn't often happen). Didn't get to drink my cup of tea either!
So I've nicely settled myself upstairs in front of the TV - waiting for Mystery Diners to start. Then I remember it's Wednesday night and it's not on. Ah well, YouTube it is then, since I didn't get my fix on the way home from work.
