@matigo well my external displays only have HDMI / VGA inputs. … yeah I know. A bit behind the times but better than nothing at all. My displays at work are a bit better - they have HDMI, VGA & DP inputs …
@matigo yeah, it's always done that - if I'm out with mates I'll generally have a couple of drinks and then bail. That way I can catch a cab while I still have my bearings and get home to my nice comfy bed lol.

So I just had a massive tech win … I have a Dell WD15 docking station I use primarily for working from home with my Dell XPS 13 work laptop. It allows me to have 3 screens going at the same time. But, I thought I could also use it for my MacBook as well … turns out I can use one external display (the one running a VGA cable through the docking station) but I'll have to get a HDMI to USB-C adapter and plug it straight into the MacBook to get the other external display working and have the same 3 screen setup I do for work … very nice.
@matigo there's always time for alcohol. But it makes me sleepy so yes, quite the interference with gaming lol
