A Lovely 10C Site!

I think I'll probably be spending this weekend having some much needed chill time. I've now finished my 4-day compulsory training for my new job and will start technical training in just over a week. I should get my contract to sign today as well.

On a side note, has anyone downloaded Mojave yet? I have taken to doing a clean install with each new OS and was wondering if it was worth it to do it now or wait until it's not so buggy. I will probably update my other devices to iOS12 and whatever the latest Watch version is.

@js He is mentally unstable and used to stalk her. He also used to work with her (she had a dog boarding business). I’m glad he didn’t hurt the little one. The gofundme page that has been set up has raised over $22k already¹

1. As at last night

@indigo Yeah it is. I didn’t go into any detail when I first found out cause it was just too horrific. I’m still sad but keeping busy with training for a new job.

@matigo Me too. There’s another hearing via video link at the end of the month so we’ll see how that goes.

@larand I can’t imagine what her family is going through either. It’s such a senseless act. A single mum, looking after her 5 month old boy. Never did any harm to anyone, always had a smile. It’s just sad.

I found out yesterday police have caught and arrested the piece of scum that murdered my friend last Friday. He has existing warrants against him and has been refused bail. He was due in court on Monday and I don’t know what the outcome is yet.

I hope for her sake and her family that justice is served, especially for her little boy, who is now in the care of her brother and his wife.

@matigo Steakhouse fries … they’re really nice. I didn’t eat a lot of them though.

@indigo It is. And under some very tragic circumstances. What makes it even worse is her little boy has to grow up without a mum now. He’s 5 months old.
