The reality of looking for another job will hit me this week. After a work colleague and I were talking last week about when our end dates were, he turned to my manager and said 'What, you can't keep her?'. Her response was 'I'd like to but I can't.' Not only is that confirmation I'm doing a good job but it's also certainty enough for me to know I won't be extended past April 6. Most likely due to budget restrictions than anything else.
Job hunting here we come… again.
