I'm facing the very real possibility I may not have a job after tomorrow. I will be talking with my manager about working from home for the rest of my contract but if I can't then I leave as at tomorrow.
I'm hoping if everyone has been reading the same stuff about CO-VID19 I have, they will understand my reasoning for why I have to do this. Being the only one that has to catch the train to and from work I am the potential carrier for this disease. I cannot put mine or my family's lives at risk here. It's that simple.
Even going for job interviews are becoming a risky situation, which is why I won't be actively looking for a job right now. Hanging out with friends, snuggle dates, have all been put on hold until this is all over.
Have I made the right decision … yeah, I have. Am I ok with it in my own head … not completely but I'm getting there.
