@kdfrawg It actually has calmed down a lot since my big boss left a couple of weeks ago. But now it's ramped up again with my new team leader. She's been here a week and all I can think is "yeah, ok - you can come in here thinking you're the queen of shit, let's see how far that gets you". The recruitment for my role still technically hasn't started yet. I like what I do but I'm finding this period very hard.
